About the event
The McKinney Democrats reserved a booth at the Krewe of Barkus event on February 23rd, from 11:30 - am to 4:30 pm at the McKinney Historic Downtown. This event is styled as a "Mardi Gras Doggie Parade & Festival." The parade takes place at 2 pm. Last year, over 5,000 people attended. We are also planning to have VDRs in attendance.
